This Payment & Refund Policy governs all purchases made on Altair Orion. By making a payment on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Payment Methods
All payments on Altair Orion are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Altair Orion does not store any card or banking details; all information is handled directly by Razorpay.
2. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices displayed on the website are in INR (₹)
- Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned on the checkout page)
- Altair Orion reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice
- The price paid at the time of purchase will be considered final
3. Service Activation
- Services are activated only after successful payment confirmation
- In case of delayed activation, users are requested to contact support
- Service validity starts from the date of activation
4. No Automatic Refund Policy
Altair Orion follows a strict no-automatic-refund policy. Once a payment is successfully completed, it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be reversed by default.
5. Exceptional Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered only in rare and exceptional cases, such as duplicate payment, payment deducted but service not delivered due to technical error, or proven billing error from Altair Orion’s side. Refund approval is completely at the discretion of Altair Orion.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund (if applicable):
- Email us at support@altairorion.com
- Use the registered email ID
- Include: Transaction ID, Registered email, Service name, and Reason for refund request
Our team will review the request and respond within 5–7 business days.
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed via the original payment method. Processing time depends on Razorpay and your bank, typically taking 7–10 working days. Altair Orion is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
8. Service Cancellation
- Users may request service cancellation at any time
- Cancellation does not qualify for a refund
- Services will remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless terminated due to policy violations
9. Termination Due to Policy Violations
No refund will be provided if a service is suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions, hosting illegal/prohibited content, misuse of server resources, or fraudulent activity.
10. Migration Service Charges
- Website migration services are paid and non-refundable
- Migration charge: ₹499
- Upon successful payment, all website files and database (SQL) will be provided via email
- Once migration data is delivered, no refund will be issued
11. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension and permanent service termination. Users are advised to contact support before raising a dispute with their bank.
12. Changes to This Policy
Altair Orion reserves the right to update or modify this Payment & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
