1. About Altair Orion

Altair Orion is an independent, freelancer-driven digital services platform providing Managed WordPress Hosting and Business Email Services. Our services are designed specifically for startups, small businesses, creators, and early-stage entrepreneurs.

2. Service Eligibility & Usage Policy

By purchasing any service from Altair Orion, you agree that you will use our services only for legal and ethical purposes and comply with Indian laws and applicable international regulations.

Prohibited Content & Activities

The following types of websites and activities are strictly prohibited on our hosting infrastructure:

• Pornography, sexual services, escort services, or adult content
• Gambling, betting, lottery, or gaming-for-money platforms
• Weapons sales, firearms, ammunition, explosives
• Drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
• Scam, phishing, fraud, hacking, or malware-related activity
• Copyright infringement or pirated content
• Any website promoting violence, terrorism, hate speech, or illegal activity

Enforcement

If a customer is found hosting or operating any prohibited or illegal content, Altair Orion reserves full right to suspend or terminate hosting immediately. The website will be permanently removed, no backup will be provided, and the customer account may be deleted without prior notice. No refund will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Managed Hosting Model (No Server Access)

Altair Orion provides fully managed WordPress hosting. This means customers get WordPress admin access only. No cPanel, root, FTP, SSH, or server-level access is provided. Server configuration, security, and maintenance are managed entirely by us to ensure stability and security for all users.

4. Website Migration Policy

• Website migration is not free
• Migration service costs ₹499 (one-time)
• After successful payment: Full website files, Database (SQL), Media uploads, and Configuration files will be securely packaged and sent to the customer via email

Migration is done only after payment confirmation.

5. Account Deletion Policy

Customers have the right to request account deletion via the dashboard profile page. Account deletion will be completed within 3 working days. After deletion, hosting and services will be permanently removed. However, we may retain limited data such as Name, Email ID, Phone number, and Associated domain names for internal security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are processed only via Razorpay. We do not store card or banking details. All payments are non-refundable by default. Once payment is completed, the service is considered activated.

Exceptional Refunds (Not Guaranteed)

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases and are completely discretionary. Refund approval depends on the reason for cancellation, nature of the issue, and whether service has already been delivered. For refund requests, customers must contact support@altairorion.com.

7. Service Cancellation by Altair Orion

Altair Orion reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service, cancel accounts, or block access if terms are violated, illegal activity is detected, abuse occurs, or payment fraud is suspected. No refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Email Communication

Official email addresses: support@altairorion.com (Customer support) and no-reply@altairorion.com (System notifications). Customers are responsible for ensuring these emails are not blocked or marked as spam.

9. Limitation of Liability

Altair Orion shall not be held responsible for business loss, revenue loss, data loss due to misuse, third-party plugin or theme issues, or customer misconfiguration. Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

Altair Orion reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
